| Cancellation Policy: Bookings of 3 days or more require 25% deposit (includes $50 non-refundable booking fee), and a minimum of one months notice of cancellation. Bookings of 1 and 2 days require 50% deposit (includes $25 non-refundable booking fee), and one weeks notice of cancellation. Deposits will be processed for all bookings and if notices do not fall within the required time frame, deposit will be forfeited and account may be charged for balance of nights left vacant. Balance of reservation will be processed on arrival. |
